How it works
Coaching sessions are on the telephone, once a week for three weeks each month. Coaching isn’t therapy, which primarily focuses on helping people resolve issues from the past. Coaching is about who you are today, who you want to be and how you want to live your life. I ask my clients for a three-month commitment because it takes time for lasting growth and development, time to create the life you envision. The fee varies depending on the duration of the coaching call, either 45 or 60 minutes.
Although our coaching conversations are weekly, I am your coach 24/7.
Coaching continues beyond the scheduled calls:
- Homework
- Taking actions promised during the coaching session
- Increasing scores on programs like “Clean Sweep”
- Reading and studying
- Emergency calls/emails
- Success calls/emails
- Support system
- Buddy system
