101 Things to Work on with Your Coach


Section 1: Life Enhancement

  1. I recognize the need to become someone who accepts things more readily and with less resistance.
  2. I want to quickly assimilate what I notice, experience, or learn, and apply it immediately.
  3. I see the need to become a bigger, more magnanimous person, and I’m ready to change.
  4. I need to set much stronger boundaries so I am not taken advantage of, or disrespected, by others.
  5. I need to become a much more compassionate and patient person with others.
  6. I have important projects, situations, or problems I haven’t finished but need to.
  7. I need to gain a broader perspective or context about life, myself, my life, and/or my work.
  8. My life is “expensive” to my body, heart, and/or spirit, and I need to reduce these stress costs.
  9. I would be more effective and successful if I had more of an edge or more inner confidence.
  10. I believe I can get a lot more done with a lot less effort. I want life to be effortless.
  11. I have noticed others who are very graceful in how they deal with life, and I want to be that way as well.
  12. I would like to be more grateful for what I do have, instead of always needing more.
  13. I am ready to take a lot more initiative in certain parts of my personal and business life.
  14. I need to more fully integrate the various elements of my personal and work life.
  15. I need to increase the level of integrity in my life; I currently feel out of integrity in at least one area of my life.
  16. I would like to better prioritize my goals, responsibilities, roles, and projects so that I don’t fall behind.
  17. I feel overwhelmed or am in a swirl, and I feel the need to get back on more solid footing that is based in reality.
  18. I find myself slowed down by either resistance or fear, or both, and I am ready to work through this.
  19. I wish to become a person who responds quickly and fully to both opportunities and problems as they occur.
  20. I don’t feel as physically or financially safe as I want to feel, and I am ready to do something about it.
  21. I feel the need to simplify my life, dramatically.
  22. I am ready to raise my standards of behavior, expectations, relationships, and lifestyle.
  23. I want to learn to deal with difficult people in a more constructive, yet powerful, way.
  24. I need to manage my time better in order to get the most out of each day yet have enough time for myself.
  25. I am tolerating more than I know is good for me, and I would like to work on this.
